David Douglas

   Previous two weeks (Mar 6-Mar 17)
     - Finished write-up of transverse/longitudinal EmEx (JLAB-TN-17-008)
     - Reviewed numerous proposals as part of US/Japan Panel Review
       (Gaithersburg, 3/6)
     - Provided input to Shawn Frierson on LERF operational procedures
     - Did markup on forthcoming JLAB-TN on ERL-based single-pass
       cooler (Tennant, Douglas, Benson, & Hannon)
     - Did markup on Project E journal article in preparation
       (Akkermanns, Setija, (ASML), Di Mitri (FERMI@Elletra), &
       Douglas)
     - Cooked up a way to double CEBAF momentum acceptance; draft TN
       attached (waiting on co-author review before releasing)
     - Laid out/evaluated solution for CCR/ERL beam exchange system
       (1st iterate 75% complete; still have to do ERL-to-exchange
       transport match)
   Next two weeks (Mar 20-Mar 31)
     - Complete beam exchange and write up
     - Write up ERL/CCR architecture requirements/trades
     - Write up "Life Hacks" for magnetized beam
     - Complete and write up requirements document for CCR arcs

     - ADMIN: Prep for Mar 20-21 travel to Va Tech for Chang-Ying's defense

     - ADMIN: PhD Defense for Cheng-Ying (Mon-Tue at Virginia Tech)
     - JLEIC: Prepare slides and present status on instability estimates
       for R&D meeting
     - JLEIC: Update impedance parameters/estimations from engineering input
     - JLEIC: Prep talk for Apr 3-5 collaboration meeting

Ed Nissen

   Previous two weeks (Mar 6-Mar 17)
     - JLEIC: Collider, Guinea pig beam-beam simulations for cross-code comparison
     - JLEIC: Booster, Work on trying to get injection simulation working in
       Synergia
     - JLEIC: Booster, Start running space charge simulations using new
       parameter set from Todd; shift to sims at midpoint and extraction
       to make progress
   Next two weeks (Mar 20-Mar 31)
     - JLEIC: Continue space charge simulations with new parameter set,
       continuing middle and high energy and fixing injection parameter sets
     - JLEIC: Start documenting beam-beam and space charge simulation work

Chris Tennant

     - JLEIC Cooler: S2E analysis complete for single-pass ERL cooler
     - Organize and write tech note of results thus far (JLAB-TN-17-009)
   Next two weeks (Mar 20-Mar 31)
     - JLEIC Cooler: Translate Dave Douglas's emittance exchange to elegant and
       begin pushing particles
     - JLEIC Cooler: Start circulator cooler ring (CCR) simulation
       efforts (details to be determined in next meeting)
     - ADMIN: Begin ERL17 outline / organize thoughts

Randy Gamage

     - JLEIC: Continue BLonD simulations of debunch/rebunch with impedance
     - JLEIC: Continue Longitudinal impedance reading, calculations
