  - Accounting issues with leadership being resolved (MEPCDE/ARDBPH ops funds, MEPCV3 state funds)
  - Hope to have this resolved and offer letter out this week
- Second postdoc interviews being scheduled (this week?) (Yuhong/Bob)
  - Pre-interview meeting held last week: promising candidates in queue
- Still pursuing possibility of hosting funded Chinese student for few months for polarization transport work
Administrative
- Property custodian training, readiness for upcoming inventory (Mar 11-May 24)
  - Andrew mentioned in Feb 13 group meeting that photos of equipment bar codes are acceptable
- SULI/REU student selection status and dates? (Alex)
LDRD
- Andrei is coordinating LDRD submissions through the division office
- Please survey your staff to see if they have LDRD application plans
- LOIs due mid-March, full proposals due likely mid-April
Appraisals and Promotions
- Internal promotion notifications have occurred
- Finalize outstanding meetings (e.g. Alex and Todd with Rui)
- Should prepare expectations for all CASA staff in next several weeks
  - Include identification of publications desired where appropriate
Publications
- Encourage personnel to write brief tech notes
  - e.g. summary of recent pCDR-100 ion injector decisions, Booster vacuum calculations (Todd), etc.
- Summer 2018 student papers in the tech note system; will be referenced in pCDR-100.

investigate offices in FEL as alternative to TED
investigate processes for bringing in foreign funded graduate students, e.g. from China, to work on beam dynamics: MOU?
create area for APELs and ops personnel to share presentations for collaboration meetings
set up a "recent papers" board and update the CASA wiki with them (Tristan/Todd)
