Notes from this meeting:
- Bubble Chamber:
- Ready to fill with mercury and N2O - planned for next week
- Need to do thermal modeling of temperature gradient across chamber
- Argonne will build short stand for chamber to fit JLab beamline
- Fluorine Chamber C4F10 is still of interest:
- Test Bremsstrahlung beam and Penfold-leiss unfolding
- Measure sensitivity to gammas (of interest to dark matter search, now at 10-10)
- Measure 19F(γ,α)15N cross section at low energy (Eelectron = 4 - 7 MeV)
- JLab Schedule:
- At 2K from June 20th to September 30th
- Now we have a clear path forward for obtaining pressure vessel approval
