ASTRA simulations for the new magnetic field

• New plan:

1. Finish emittance measurements and try a larger laser size (x3) - August 21-23
2. Attempt 5 mA (non-magnetized, then magnetized) - August 24 - August 31
3. Shutdown - September 5:
   1. Install new YAG screen at viewer 3
   2. New harp with 20 um tungsten wire (or fix fork on existing harp?)
