Updates

Fabrication
- One additional sample electrode 30-60 was received from the shop. This sample was finished up in the shop with 600 grit sandpaper.
- Jessica is polishing the sample piece mentioned above plus another sample received earlier. The goal is to have these pieces polished with corncob by the end of the week.
- Machine shop expect to have the four final electrode pieces done by ~ April 10. (Two option A 16-30 deg pieces, and two of the 16-60 deg option B pieces, all made with vacuum arc re-melt 316 L SS).
- A 24" long Teflon rod for puck manipulation during gun assembly is being made by the shop, expected to be done by ~ April 5.

- Last week the gun was surveyed and a laser launch was established collinear with the gun z-axis.
- Preliminary checks of laser retro-reflection were made with a mirror puck
- Work was interrupted by the CEBAF event
