1. Until CMTF testing: UITF will be locked up daily to improve the rf performance of the booster, measure optics, learn how to beta-match across the booster, etc. (Jan./Feb.)
2. ERR: Feb. 15
3. HDIce run2b ~(March 1-7)
4. CMTF tests with C75-1 (mid-March - early-June). Gigi: CMTF schedule / testing duration
5. UITF beamline Modification in parallel to install new beamline
6. Supplementary Shielding Installation: Early/Mid-June
7. Beamline Commissioning / Test Plans / Shielding Verification: Late June / Early July
8. First commissioning of water irradiation beamline in ~July/August
