Updates
- The electrode front end pieces 16-30 deg and 16-60 deg, two pieces each manufactured from 316 VAR SS have been polished in the SRF tumbler, UHV cleaned in the Chem room, and vacuum degassed din the vacuum furnace room. They are ready for assembly.
- The electrode is planned to be removed from the high voltage chamber, and disassembled for checking the tension on the sapphire roller springs, suspected to be too weak thus leading to irreproducibility in the laser retreat-reflection:R30-gun laser retro-reflection checks in LERF clean room performed April 12 2024
