1. Joe - finalize polarimeter geometry and detector acceptance.

2. Riad Joe) will review the as-found surveys and target ladder installation and work with Danny to build a final drawing with our best knowledge of the geometry and detector acceptance.

(Joe, Riad) will review and agree on the beam momentum we used for the data we want to publish (Run-II AvT, Run-II SvE, Run-I what???) and finalize in a table our best knowledge of momenta and uncertainties.

(Marty, Tim, Marcy, Dan) will review the requirements of S(E,q,DE,Dq) for their respective simulation or analysis and finalize in a table what is required; this should span the angular range of #1 and the energy range of #2 above.

(Xavi) will calculate the final tables of S(E,q,DE,Dq) needed for the simulation and analysis results.

At the end of this we can finalize the following input conditions:  polarimeter geometry/acceptance, beam momenta for various run conditions, and calculation method for S(E,q,DE,Dq).  The analysis “outputs”, AvT simulation and AvT analysis methods then follow top to bottom.
