1- Fix evio with file size > 2 GB. Now decoder is limited to 900k events.

8- At one time, we used minicom to hard reboot the Mott DAQ VME crate. This service was discontinued. Instead, we will use the RS232
connection on the CAEN VME64X VME8200.
