We will meet this Thursday, December 4 @ 1:30pm EST in TL-2236 for updates and to plan for the run in January.

  • Run Info
    • Reminder - our beam time request
    • Run1 issues - Joe will prepare list for meeting
  • Winter SAD calendar
    • Recent posted schedule WinterSAD 2014-11-25.png
    • Live SAD calendar link on-site or requires remote access
  • Staffing/Logistics
  • Wed, Jan. 07 - injector cryogens transition from 4K to 2K, a pre-requisite before experiment begins
  • Wed, Jan. 14 - restore 6.3 MeV beam, make punch list of items for repair
  • Thu, Jan. 15 - make repairs, complete 6.3 MeV setup, opportunity to start Mott setup/checkout
  • Fri, Jan. 16 - experiment starts ~4pm, occasional beam off for access to NL
  • Sat, Jan. 17 - experiment continues all day, occasional beam off for access to NL
  • Sun, Jan. 18 - experiment continues all day, occasional beam off for access to NL
  • Mon, Jan. 19 - experiment ends ~7am
