- The gun was let to soak for 8 hour periods in four instances with the magnet at 400A. The vacuum level indicated by the UHV gun ion pump seems to improve with time, now at 5 nA. The behavior of the vacuum and the tradition levels reported by the RadMonitor system are still not fully understood, we are looking at literature on field emission under the presence of magnetic fields.
- The beam line vacuum bake is underway
