Model update
Last we met, Marty made good progress on reproducing the spectra finding that by more realistic description of the PMT was reproducing energy resolution of ~2.0% as compared to measured ~2.6%. This was accomplished assuming dE/E ~0.1 %. I "owed" Marty some info on the realistic spread and it's closer to 50-70 keV in this region, so reasonable range is 0.5-1.0%. Let's hear about last ~month's progress...


Plans for Fall running
Last Spring we successfully recommissioned the Mott to learn it's "new" operating conditions and then collected dry-run data on Au, Ag, Cu. I'll prepare a summary table or slide, but let's discuss our priorities for Fall running so I can begin lobbying effectively for beam time.
