- Group business
- Starting on Friday, virtual foreign conferences w/ fees requires DOE approval, takes 18 days, go through usual TA process
- I submitted my request to hire an SE1/2, now begins the long process of getting approval from Stuart
- I'm on vacation starting tomorrow, back Jul 12. Riad is acting dept head while I'm gone.

- Diamond Mott ladder
- a) clean and assemble ladder parts (tee, feedthrough, TC, Cu rods, Al ladder, thermcouples)
- b) attach upper (parts) and lower (spool) to mcallister
- c) work with S&A group to set upper mcallister CF "flat", find X/Z micrometers to center target, and motor to calibrate Y position relative to a home
- d) S&A group measuring as-founds of existing ladder in tunnel today
- e) Danny working on (2) storage tubes and (1) mcallister support
