Bubble experiment

Added new harp w/ temporary controls, HCO OK

Restored radiator isolation w/ ceramic (shield aimed downstream), in series w/ FCUP, HCO OK

Added Gumby (10 sec) laser shutter, tested w/ Beam OK, can now enable/disable from control room

Restored x-ray card to set beam position at radiator

Background looking OK ~0.01 Hz

Upgrade Preparations

Suitcase added to Tee, bake ~48 hours up to 165C, Tee vacuum good <100's nA

DecaRad unit installed below outrigger laser table, heads/cables ready, ready soon
