Why PAC proposals might fail?
- Arguments that reversing CEBAF dipole polarities is problematic or costly
- Arguments that e+ and e- beam energies cannot be within 5e-4 of one another
- Arguments for a cold start tune-up of CEBAF with low current (10 uA peak @ 60Hz: VL~6e-4 = 6nA ave, BPM~1.5e-2 = 150 nA)
- Arguments for realistic multi-pass acceptance

- Sami explore beam size/angle Geant4

Bunch length needs to be confirmed, north linac fractional energy spread acceptance needs to be checked, emittance is a concern
possibility of FFA use given the wide energy/momentum spread
