Air Liquid and S2M reported the axis of the three flat spots where the wheel mounts are no longer aligned with the axis of the main shaft.

AL/S2M stated they believe the problem did not arise from the sputtering and machine work but they did not take complete measurements before the work was performed so they cant say for certain.
