1. Manpower

The EE has increased his hours on LCLS2.

The ECAD designer is keeping up with LCLS2 needs.

Floyd Martin stated working in 87 on warm piping and will be starting on the 2K cold box this week.


2. Project

The next 2K cold box review will be the 90%

LN2 dewar might go out on the street soon.

Controls design review in early January 17. Scanlon says requirements keep changing. It was a procurement readiness review but now they are asking for ICD's FRS's etc.

Opinions differed wildly on the results of the 4K cold box review. One side indicates they did not meet the charge questions but the other indicated success in getting contractor to reconsider and adjust the schedules.

Ancillary equipment specs at SLAC for signatures.


Action Items

1. Jonathan to make sure Robert understands EE must work on LCLS2 75% and UIM 25% for the next couple of months.

2. Scanlon will check EECAD designers holiday plans.
