We will be holding weekly meetings with management to show them the progress during the shutdown. We need a detailed work plan from mechanical and electrical teams that show the expected work that should happen per day. Progress will be tracked and decisions will be made to make changes, add people, etc. based on demonstrated progress.

Goals

The purpose of this weekly meeting is to discuss plant operations and group projects with the cryogenics group managers and supervisors. During this meeting we will discuss ongoing and future projects, priorities, manpower, schedules, expenditures, and problems.

CMTF is having micro-phonics problems with the LCLS2 cryomodule testing. They now want to lower one end of the module to simulate the tunnel conditions at SLAC. Module was transitioned to 4K for move and is now back at 2K. CHL C7 and C9 have their suction check valves installed sideways and Ops still looking for oil in the CHL recovery systems.
