The concept design of the Gas Management System skid was reviewed. The following items were discussed.
1. The main compressor bypass valve was sized based on running 3 compressors at the same time. All valves are 300# flange. 2. Add drain for water supply and return lines. 3. The maximum air pressure for both Fisher and Badger control valve regulators were confirmed. 4. Robert / Jonathan and Mat are going to look options for new pressure transducers for the new gas management skid. The local tabs are required. 5. Robert is going to look how to run tubing and conduit. 6. Need to determine (Thilan, Matt and Shirley?)if the flow meter needs to be installed on the skid - It is not practical to install the venturi flow meter to the skid. 7. Thilan is going to check the cooling water header to make sure it is sized properly - The header will be 4"; the branches to recovery compressors and to Kinney pumps will be 3".
