This was the first CTF upgrade meeting. The following items were discussed and some action items were generated:

  • 1. The bodies of the two 12" Kinney pump inlet isolation valves are rusty. They were from the trailer. Two new Flowseal high performance butterfly valves with soft seat will

be pursued when relocating the Kinney pumps. By doing it, no downtime is required for kinney pmumps when relocating them. The new valve is about $20,000/each.

  • 2. Thilan is going to perform a pressure drop calculation of the kinney pump discharge section to see if 2" header will be big enough.
  • 3. Sasa / Jonathan confirmed that there would no need for downtime of the control system for relocating the kinney pumps.
  • 4. Jonathan suggested replacing necessary EVs to PVs since EVs are much more expensive and require heavy maintenance.
  • 5. Mat and Shirley will figure out all tie-ins for the recovery compressor system and gas management system and estimate the required downtime.
  • 6. Once the fund is available, Alicia is going to order material for building two recovery compressors.
