The concept design of the 12" Kinney suction line was discussed. The following decisions were made at this meeting
1. The piping will be run straight toward the Kinney pump skid. See the attached picture. 2. The clevis hangers will be used to support the pipe. This plan has been approved by Tom Renzo on Facility 3. The bypass valve will be sized based on 10 g/s flow rate instead of 20 g/s at this point. But the bypass piping will be 1-1/2". The 1-1/2" flanges will be installed in order to update the control valve to 20 g/s for the future. 4. The 12" isolation valve will be on the horizontal section along with the pump skid. The flex hose will be on the horizontal section perpendicular to the isolation valve. Please make sure not to put the torsional load to flex hose when trying to remove the isolation valve.
Action items:
* i) Badger Meter has been contacted for a bellows seal type control valve. * ii) Thilan and Shirley are going to mark on the field of the future four tie-ins for the new gas management system. * iii) Thilan and Shirley are going to walk through the tie-ins with Scott again so that Scott can estimate the working hours for each tie-in * iv) Thilan needs to make sure Scott has all required materials for tie-ins.
If the four tie-ins can't be installed during the shutdown for CB3 installation, another downtime for CTF has to be requested for the new gas management system.
