3/15 Update

  • CHL:
  1 Replacement/upgrade of LN2 fill station gauging:
    -Gauges have been replaced but the Dewar #1 Gauge is reading incorrectly.  Working to repair.
  2 CHL Guard Vacuum
    -Materials:  installed
    -Pressure System:  Signed
    -Drawings: Complete
    -Fabrication: Removal/repair of the hand rail.  Grouting and leg re-work.
    -Operations: Will need to remove feet, grout, shim and anchor the feet.  Will require welding.
    -Testing:  To be initial service leak checked upon completion of electrical work.  Pump temperatures will also need to be monitored.
  3 LN2 Dewar #1 instrumentation tubing replacement
    -Materials:  On-site
    -Pressure System:  Signed
    -Drawings: Complete
    -Fabrication: All paperwork and materials are with Scott.  He is scheduling.
    -Operations: N/A
    -Testing:  To be initial service leak checked upon completion.  


  4 LN2 PBC leaks
