1. Operations LINAC
Problems with MO has stopped beam operations.
CHL1
ESR_CHL Transferline utube installed Investigating capacity changes at CHL1. We seem to have less capacity now than one year ago.

Sending 15K 20g/s to Hall A target 4K load is at 1410W out of 1500W available from ESR alone.
Current Loads within approximately 50W Hall A 6 magnets and one target Hall B torus Hall C Old HMS, HB, Q1
CTF
CMTF is testing the new quarter for M. Poelker VTA/CMTF is not using much capacity. We are getting questions from Larry Phillips about being able to supply liquid helium in dewars to the VTA so they can test during the plant shutdown and asked if we could return warm gas back to CHL.

Water flow issues over weekend. Flow and supply pressure dropped for unknown reasons and lasted several hours and then self corrected.
2. Projects UITF
We can start performing work that is labor only.
MSU
Linde found and repaired the 4K CB internal leak. Linde is finding a lot of leaks in the external process lines. Rao is having them bag everything. The 2K CB is mature and FRIB is taking over their model and LCLS2 will take over their design. MSU is investigating the design of how to swap cold compressors. Fabio wants us to change the model for the compressors from Ideas to Solidworks.
LCLS2
No one from LCLS2 attended the meeting.
3. Manpower
The new EE is scheduled to start on Nov 1.
