ESR is a variable capacity machine producing 4.5K and 15K temperatures.
The two endpoints of capacity are approximately (1,500W at 4.5K and 0W 15K) or (800W at 4.5K and 1,200W at 15K).
The addition of the CHL-ESR transferline adds up to 2,000w at 4.5K with increased electrical power and LN2 costs at CHL.
