  1 Replacement/upgrade of LN2 fill station gauging:

    -Pressure System:  Standard Maintenance

    -Operations:  Working.  Tank 2 complete.
    -Testing:  Snoop upon installation.

  2 CHL Guard Vacuum
    -Materials:  Arrived.  Mechanical assembly is complete.
    -Pressure System:  Signed
    -Drawings: Complete
    -Fabrication: N/A
    -Operations: N/A
    -Testing:  To be initial service leak checked upon completion of electrical work.  Pump temperatures will also need to be monitored.

  3 LN2 Dewar #1 instrumentation tubing replacement
    -Materials:  Ordered
    -Pressure System:  Signed
    -Drawings: Complete
    -Fabrication: pending material
    -Operations: N/A
    -Testing:  To be initial service leak checked upon completion.

  4 LN2 PBC leaks
    -Materials:  TBD
    -Pressure System:  TBD
    -Drawings: TBD
    -Fabrication: TBD
    -Operations: All leaks have been identified and tabulated.  Ops is investigating the repair of threaded connections.

  5 CHL Recovery Purifier Sieve replacement

    -Drawings: N/A
    -Fabrication: N/A
    -Operations: P5 sieve replaced and being cleaned.
    -Testing:  N/A

  6 ESR ORS Carbon Replacement
    -Materials:  Need to be identified and ordered.  Trying to find approval system for lifting adapters.
    -Pressure System:  N/A
    -Drawings: Need to be developed.
    -Fabrication: awaiting drawings
    -Operations: Needs to be scheduled/planned. 
    -Testing:  Snoop at joints.  Spool pieces will need to be tested.

  7 ESR 15K U-tube
    -Materials:  ordered
    -Pressure System:  signed
    -Drawings: issued.
    -Fabrication: awaiting materials
    -Operations: U-tube will be stabbed at earliest convenience
    -Testing:  pressure test per DPF

  8 ESR Oil collection
    -Materials:  TBD
    -Pressure System:  TBD
    -Drawings: TBD
    -Fabrication: TBD
    -Operations: May require piping removal or plant shutdown
    -Testing:  not likely. category D piping at most.

ESR Status

1. Halls A, B, and C are on cold return. Hall C magnets filling.
2. Hall C is cooling SHMS Dipole to 100K. U-tubes were stabbed Tuesday.
3. Hall C target system is being cleaned. Not connected to ESR or recovery as of now.
4. CHL-ESR x-fer line will be in use occasionally over the next week.
5. T2 will need to be stopped to facilitate simple trouble shooting on inlet valve/actuator.

MSU FRIB

Organize and publish pressure system documentation for pressure systems. Actions are as listed in the summary document.
