1. Manpower

Rotendra starts in two weeks. He will start on LCLS2.

New LCLS2 manpower plan anticipated by Monday next week so we can plan.

2. Project

The 2K cold box review is complete. Mike will work with Hung Yu and Nate to set an FDR for the cold box.

LN2 Dewars have been awarded.

Oil removal vessels awarded to Eden.

Controls design review moved to Feb 17'. Scanlon says requirements keep changing. It was a procurement readiness review but now they are asking for ICD's FRS's etc.

Issues at the Directors Review were resolved.

Ancillary equipment specs at SLAC for signatures.

Internal 2K piping is being worked with Hung yu and Damon Rath.

Smith groups review of the installation package is complete. They came up with a number of recommendations.
