Action Items from 10/7 meeting

1. Quantify the oil carryover? (Alicia) Data gathering ongoing for C9 and other machines; ~1 order of magnitude difference between oil removed at 4th coalescer between CHL C9 and HDR C1.

Does it improve the oil removal to leave the drain valves slightly open?

2. What are the options for the oil sensors and would using a different oil sensor work better? (Nate) A. ULTRASONIC B. CAPACITIVE C. FLOAT SWITCH

Visual indication of whether the automated control is working??

3. Flush the oil. (Mat) On hold until more data can be collected with existing oil.

4. Check the piping for oil after the final oil coalescer with a swab. (Nate) Will be done during shutdown for oil change.

5. Check the orifice size on the compressor. (Alicia) Alicia contacted manufacturer and importer for this information.

6. Pump Oil out of compressors C7 and C8. (Alicia) Withdrawing as much mineral oil as possible: will follow up with Isaac's crew to investigate. On hold until immediately before ready to install. Plan is to do an initial run for some duration, then replace oil (approximates a flush).

7. Add fitting to the tubing from the oil coalescer drain valves back to the compressor body. (Nate) Options exist.
