Meeting report for ePIC-EIC Roma2, June 12, 2024

Coordination Meeting

    Attending: R. Ammendola, B. Benkel, M. Bondì, A. D'Angelo, L. Lanza.
  1. General Points:
    • A. D'Angelo: a contribution at the ePIC fest will be necessary, M. Bondì will participate. 13-27 November at PS will likely be the test beam. The second half of October is possible as well. MPGD will require around 50K euros for ePIC. A table with the different percentages has to be produced. Gianfranco sent the list of material to be buyed on RS. The next January ePIC collaboration meeting will be held in Rome, the organization has to start.
