STATUS UDPATES DETECTOR
- Detector has been on and data acquired - being analyzed
- Capacitors for addressing noise/oscillation issue in HV dividers being fabricated - should be ready for French team arrival (on Monday 1/9)
- cable arrangement ongoing with mechanical design/engineering team
MECHANICAL (Paulo, Steven L)
- coil quote arrived for the corrector magnet
- working on cable guides (see above)
- announcement that will start weekly meetings with designers and work coordinator for installation work
DISCUSSION COLLABORATION MEETING AGENDA
- Overall format: hybrid with in-person component at JLab and remote participation option
- Action: check if people can travel to JLab
- Time table: Two days (2 and 3 February) from 8am to 1pm ET
- Agenda overview
- Day 1: Status of the NPS - making the detector - and new physics with NPS
- Day 2: Installation, checkout with beam, run plan, and preparation for the final readiness review

- Re-organize agenda presently on wiki in format above
- Add physics talks on strange form factors (Bogdan) and DDVCS/TCS (Marie, Vardan, Deb, et al.)
