 +
 +
* March beam test will commence on 3/24. Goals are:
 +
::* Run Crytur system
 +
::* Measure energy resolution with MIT 5x5 prototype with SiPM readout
 +
::* Direct comparison of two channels with SiPM
 +
::* Possibly insert a glass block in the central position
 +
 +
* Analysis of the data from February
 +
::* HCROC data are being analyzed at Orsay including pedestal and width fluctuations and noisy channels. Expect initial results to the expert group in ~3 weeks
 +
::* discrete data are being analyzed at OU. Planning to present status early next week and implement any feedback.

'''FINAL DESIGN REVIEW PLANNING'''
 +
 +
* Presently planned for May 2025
 +
 +
* The main item to be reviewed is the mechanical design - 90% level
 +
 +
* Requires information from the beam test on the readout chains. If decision on the readout chain is made in ~2 weeks then still requires implementation into the mechanical model. May 2025 may still be possible, but it is very tight.
