FRAME (Carlos M.-C.)
- Frame shipped on 6 January - expect at JLab in week of January 19th
- not yet included: one spare PCB distribution board, soft-metal shielding box - working with Buckley Systems/NZ

- Measuring radiation hardness of (10) Crytur crystals for comparison with SICCAS - should take photograph
- standard: 30 Gy
- could go to 1000 Gy and higher - try 1 MRad
- 3000 Ci Co-60 source (1 MeV photons)
- 1 week notice for facility
ASSEMBLY SPACE (Brad)
- Floorspace: boxes from Orsay will go to Test Lab High Bay area, also for assembly, SRF group moving out
- Setting up there, e.g. cables being moved there
- NPS fully assembled designed to be moved into the hall
FAST ELECTRONICS GROUP (Brad)
- LED driver boards - moving forward
- Chris will update at the collaboration meeting: firmware on VTP, F250, LED driver board etc.
- HV certification on connectors pending
- Update on anode current tests at the collaboration meeting - Action: check with Fernando
MECHANICAL DESIGN (Paulo)
- Cable layout/routing - ongoing
- isolation NPS from ground
- Detector rack/carriage waiting for delivery
- Support for magnet
CRYSTALS - ESR REFLECTOR SHAPING (Vladimir, Carlos Y., Josh)
- 10 tools were fabricated
- HCList approved for work with oven
- Test run with oven completed and 10 pre-shaped forms made
- ESR(Al composite) ~ 60um, rigid - needs to be preshaped
- Expect need 3-4 months to make ~1100-1200 pre-shapes
- At collaboration meeting will have discussion about how to place tape etc. when wrapping crystals
DETECTOR SUPPORT GROUP (Aaron)
- Fault chart development: crystal zone temperature/humidity - placement of additional sensors
- Hardware Interlock system development
- HV cable fabrication
- Condensation - injection of dry air into frame - discussion still ongoing how to do it, e.g. details about the system
- Action: Follow up with Jack Segal on dry air flow
SOFTWARE (Steve, Carlos Y.)
- Working from SHMS calorimeter code - creating larger calorimeter
- Plan to test with data samples from SHMS full waveform data (mode 10) from recent runs
- Trigger NPS
- trigger off HMS, clustering
- in some kinematics where rates are high option for coincidence with NPS
- full readout waveform - took some data with SHMS in recent runs
COLLABORATION MEETING AGENDA
- Add talks:
- Fast Electronics Group Update (Chris)
- What needed for WACS for ERR (Bogdan or David?)
- Under software: add discussion on critical path software, e.g., HCAna software modification
NEXT MEETING: NPS COLLABORATION MEETING 1-2 FEBRUARY 2021
