MAGNET THERMAL CALCULATIONS

• Focus on simple model to understand thermal features

• Working on calculations of fine-grained flux for complex design

• Evaluate thermal model with fine-grain flux

TUNGSTEN SHIELDING

• Model mostly done - working on generating 2D layers

• Focus on testing tungsten blocks

TARGET

• Transverse target design report available - may provide some material for TCS proposal

• Invite C. Keith (JLab target group) to next meeting for updates and Q&A

TCS EXPERIMENT

• Plan is to resubmit to this year's PAC

• Aim for having (initial draft) addressed experimental comments from last PAC at beginning of March
