General Meeting Summary 1/14/16

NPS COLLABORATION MEETING

• TCS with transverse target

• talk will be split into an experimental (Arthur) and more theoretical part about recent work on generators (Marie)

• Discussion about additional update on using NPS crystals at an EIC - Pawel will present

• Conclusions on HV bases - Charles will present

• Photon source - there will be two talks at the meeting

• discussion about experiment requirements on vertex size to keep photon spot small. Depending on the requirements on the spot size one may move closer/further from target

BRIEF UPDATE ON NPS MAGNET STEEL

• There has been much progress on obtaining the steel from BNL
