FRAME (Carlos)

• Making good progress with the assembly

• Several boards fully cabled - each board tested individually (I/O and signals, HV) - 30 boards total

• PCB Boards will be shipped with cabling on one side, then crystals will be included at JLab

• Shipping preparations - boxes and dimensions shown - ship as much as possible in assembled state

• Questions about position of:

• cooling water I/O - check with design/engineering team
• chiller - possibility to move chiller to other side of SHMS - what is the distance to other side of SHMS magnet?

DSG UPDATE (Aaron)

• Cable fabrication and procurement

• 820 of 1100 done

• HV cables, Samtex connectors, Radiall ordered

• Stability testing complete

• voltage and currents within limits

• Monitoring screen development: HV, temperature

• Interlock system development

• investigation of different sensors

• Action: integrate temperature sensors on crystals (Pt) in the environmental control

CRYSTAL STACKING (All)

• Discussion of different options - preferred option might be a hybrid of option 1 and option 3

• Action: Impact of less resolution in outer layer on physics performance - use Ho San simulation code for estimate

OVERALL ACTIONS

• Ask for update: Fast Electronics Group (and Brad): LED drivers

• SOFTWARE - discussion about software at one of next NPS meetings

• Discussion of next collaboration meeting - date and format
