WIDE ANGLE COMPTON SCATTERING PROPOSAL

• Discussion of the draft David H. circulated

• might want to make sure that the electron energies are clear
• add some detail on experimental equipment, but may not need to be extensive, e.g. for SBS not much detail needed
• for photon source it may be sufficient to mention the photon flux and activation at pivot. Could cite the HIPS2017 workshop proceedings on the arxiv
• discussion about adding points at higher energy even if they are relatively expensive

• Longitudinal-transverse may be best motivated in context of nucleon structure
• need to check on overhead needed

• Plan is to finalize the sections that were under construction and circulate an updated draft in the next few days
