PROPOSAL PREPARATION
- All proposal drafts were circulated earlier this week to the Hall A and C communities and interested people to join the proposals.
- DVCS:
- discussion of proposal draft
- Since last week, the introduction and formalism were updated and a more general introduction included. A section on modeling and GPDs was also included.
- A new reference was included on inner calorimeter
- Discussion on title to also include DES pi0
- Discussion on adding conclusions for figures in simulation section
- Discussion on adding reference to NPS document
- Submission is planned for Monday morning
- SIDIS:
- discussion of proposal draft.
- Received some comments to strengthen proposal
- Planning to make last edits over weekend and submit on Sunday evening
- WACS:
- did not get many comments since circulating proposal to mailing lists. Will contact people directly.
- planning to submit on Monday morning
INITIAL DISCUSSION OF PAC PRESENTATION
- Discussion of order of presentations. Preferably all should be in the same session
- Discussion on how to include experimental equipment and introduction of run group
