ENGINEERING/DESIGN (Steven)
- Discussion with potential vendor NEC/Tokin - new conductor choices to address water flow and pressure drop of a continous wound coil
- Prototype drawings in progress, design work on CPS/shielding platform and hall layout
- 86 W2 blocks on site (90%W,10%Ni,3%Fe), expect >440 blocks
- Action item: magnetic properties of the material since close to superconducting magnet

- Block sizes: initial rough numbers 3"x4"x10" 2.8"x4"x6" - need to double check
- Timeline for magnet procurement
