Responsibilities
Note: please include only current, active responsibilities. This is not meant to be a CV for the group. In general, we would like to know who is doing what right now.
- Prof. X serves as member of the Collaboration Board and Chairs the xyz Working Group.
- Prof. Y manages the KLF Thesis Database. His/Her/Their related research work on Experiment ABC entails no overlap with KLF physics.
- Prof. Z supervises graduates students M and N. His/Her/Their related research on Experiment DEF overlap her work at KLF.
- Dr. A is responsible for the gain calibrations for the xyz detector. He/She/They is/are also responsible for online and offline monitoring and she manages the Drupal site for KLF Images.
- Dr. B is responsible for ...
- Graduate Student M is responsible for the Calibration and Software and is doing some Monte Carlo Tuning.
- Graduate Student N is responsible for the drift chamber alignments in KLF and the internal CDC alignments and time-to-distance relations. He/She/They also developed the first past timing calibrations.
- Graduate Student O is currently learning to take over from Graduate Student N.
Physics Interests
- Hyperon Spectroscopy.
- Strange Meson Spectroscopy.
- Primakoff Effect.
- Beta decay of KL.
Disclosure of Other Research Activities
Prof. Y also works on the ABC collaboration studying XXX, however because the production mechanism and decay channels are different there does not seem to be a conflict of interest with the ongoing work in the KLF collaboration. Our group also has graduated students P and Q and postdoc Dr. C, who are working exclusively with the ABC collaboration and regularly meetings where we discuss preliminary KLF analyses.
