Attended: Moskov, Vitaly, Keogo, Mikhail, Alex, Marchall, Sean, Richard, and Igor.
- Mikhail has skripts of several reactions which we used for the proposal. He sent zip file to everybody.
Kego, please, implement tham.
- From Mikhail- What I have and what we did:
-- 1) We have a KLF generator which can generate majority of 2 body reactions (written by Nick and accessible and github).
-- 2) I have scripts from Ilya which can reconstruct Lambda pi+ and p K_s reactions.
-- 3) This script was modified by me to reconstruct K+n reaction and by Nick' to fully reconstruct K_Ln-> K+Xi^-(Xi^- -> Lambda pi...) reaction. [generation->geant->reconstruction].
-- 4) Based on Nick's results we have prepared a mock data for the K_L p-> K+ Xi0 and made a full PWA with BnGa by Andrey.
-- 5) There are some reconstruction scripts from Nick. The archive also include reconstruction scripts from Simon.
- Proposal is saying that we have to have a 64 ns bunch spacing but acclerator folks (Geoff) using new injector are working to allow 128 ns. That allows to access to P_KL ~ 200 MeV/c.
- There is not pentaquark search in the proposal, just there is a item for a single particle detection. For that purposes, we will use input from Jido of Tokyo Tech for both KL p --> K+ n and KL p --> KS p. Vitaly will do that.
- Mikhail promised to evaluate rate and volume of data for several reactions.
- Alex promised to consider a repository space for the KLF data.
- On the reconstruction soft development, a new GW postdoc, Marshall',' will focus and Sean will help him.
