As far as you know, PAC47 will be held during the week of July 29, 2019.
The deadline for submission of proposals and updates is 8:00 a.m. EDT on Monday, June 10, 2019 [1] . The deadline for the GlueX Collaboration submission is May 10, 2019.
Using a BnGa (Andrey and Viktor) exercises, Mikail made two plots to show impact of 100 vs. 20 days measurements [2],[3].
Mikhail's comments for polarization plot: With 20 day the fit is badly constrained, especially in polarisation observables (note the data points are for 100 days, I have attached a plot with 20 days polarisation). For couple of points at this W you do not have enough statistics to build Ay and fit it. That is why the fit has a lot of freedom to vary in any directions and it does it - the masses, widths and couplings of resonances moves a lot. For 100 days everything is pretty much settled. Also since it is a global fit, the bad statistics and pure P knowledge at lower energies influence higher W via unconstrained tails of the resonances.
