Summary: We discussed a modification of the current version of the KLF proposal. Justin brought a great idea for the “Case for Strange Hyperon Spectroscopy”. It would benefit significantly from including a few of our “money plots” on specific reactions there. Mikhail will add our draft to overleaf which allows everybody to contribute. There are several ideas how one can possible to squeeze more for the main body of the proposal (let me remind you that the PAC46 version had 80 pages while now we have 50 pages). The deadline for the PAC47 submission is June 10th, 8AM, which is Monday. <https://www.jlab.org/exp_prog/PACpage/PAC47/PAC47_Call%20For%20Proposals.pdf> So, my preference is to start submission Friday, June 7th because last time it took me a full working day to do that. Let us send a new and "final" version of the proposal to collaborators two weeks in advance, May 23rd.

Summary: We discussed a modification of the current version of the KLF proposal. Justin brought a great idea for the Case for Strange Hyperon Spectroscopy. It would benefit significantly from including a few of our money plots on specific reactions there. <https://www.jlab.org/exp_prog/PACpage/PAC47/PAC47_Call%20For%20Proposals.pdf>. So, my preference is to start submission Friday, June 7th because last time it took me a full working day to do that. Let us send a new and "final" version of the proposal to collaborators two weeks in advance, May 23rd. I was thinking to submit several supplemental files:

1) Endorsement Letter,

2) Cover Letter,

3) New Equipment,

4) KPT,

5) KFM,

6) CPS-general,

7) CPS for Hall D.

Our next meeting is scheduled for May 17th, 7:30AM (JLab time).
