Agenda [attended: Mikhail, Mark, Volker, Nick, Simon, and Igor] :

1) MC simulations:

• Franz regards it someone will do the simulations for the KL project: they only have to replace the standard beamline geometry definition in hdds/prod/BeamLine_HDDS.xml with the attached modified file (of course, the original file Beamline_HDDS.xml should be saved first).

• Mikhail: KLp-->K+n: there are some technical issues with magnetic field.

• Nick: KLp -> pi+ Sigma0: there are some technical issues with magnetic field.

• Franz: KLp -> pi+ Lambda

2) HIPS2017 Workshop is coming in February 6th-7th which ACU will host [1].

3) Preparation for PAC45 [2]: schedule and what-to-do

Igor/Volker: We have to make a case for the GlueX Collaboration. Meeting is scheduled on February 16th - 18th

4) There are some tasks which are good to list in the proposal while our focus is hyperon spectroscopy:

• Volker: Meson spectroscopy.

Igor: We have to check what SuperLEAR and PANDA planed to do.

Mikhail: We have to check what COMPAS plan to do.

• Moskov: CP violation.

• TBD: LD2-target experiments.

• TBD: Polarized H and D target experiments.

• TBD: Hypernuclei.

• TBD: KL-nuclei interaction.

• TBD: Hadrons in nuclear medium.

• TBD: Possibility to have a neutron beam.

• TBD: Possibility to have charged kaon beams.

5) What JLab plan to move our KL-project on?

Volker: On the recent Board of director, Bob MeKoewn said that he expects a special session addressed to the KL project.

Igor: Bob MeKoewn called for briefing on February 13th. So, we will know a JLab administration plan for our KL project.
