Agenda [attended: Moskov, Nick, Justin, Chan, Kijun, Marouen, and Igor]

  • Promising for the coming proposal (for both LH2 and LD2 targets):

- Mikhail considers KLp-->K+n process. Mikhail is flying from Mainz to Edinburgh this time.

- Nick considers KLp-->K+Ξ0 reaction.

Igor: Our expected KL flux is 3 x 104 KL/s.

- Kijun considers KLp-->π+Λ reaction.File:Klong contribution1.pptx

- Marouen considers the π-K interaction. That is a meson spectroscopy component.

- Justin considers the possibility to improve the time resolution of the start counter.

  • Schedule for the PAC45 submission

- April 3 or 17: we have to give a short (~10 min) presentation at the Physics WG meeting.

- May 1: Draft of proposal is posted internally to the collaboration for discussion.

- May 15-17: Short presentation from the proposal at the GlueX collaboration meeting.

- May 22: Deadline to submit PAC proposals.
