Attended: Moskov, Jim, Justin, Sean, Mikhail, and Igor.

- We do not need in a Program Management Plan as Moskov told us following to Bob.

- Moskov reported a progress of his postdoc, Shankar Adhikari in the pi-Kaon study. Recently, Shankar had an ODU seminar [].

- Mikhail reported that the York team will have a student who will start a conceptual design of the KFM in January 2020.

- Mikhail reported a progress is study of systematics for a hyperon case in collaboration with the BnGa group (Andrey Sarantsev and Viktor Nikonov). Mikhail will contact Kijun Park if he is capable to do more simulations.

- Jim has a student who may help with Omega-baryon simulations

- Igor reported a status of the conceptual design of the the Be-target assembly.

- Sean' reported a status of a conceptual design of the CPS for Hall D.

- We spoke that is good to talk about our KLF project on different workshops. Mikhail is willing to talk on MESON2020 [1].

- We discuss the Eberhard Klempt's proposal to write a joint paper targeting EPJA. Our decision is do not participate while Eberhard can do what he wants.

- We will meet in January 2020 again.
