Attended: Vitaly, Sean, Hovanes, Alex, Mikhail, Eugene, Keigo, Ilya, Moskov, Stuart, Matshall, Justin, and Igor.

Mikhail reported his simulations with the neutron target. He estimated a body of data which KLF may collect. Additionally, he estimated a photon flux. Richard will probably do his estimations.
