1. Update workshop website with Indico link for program and to submit abstracts
2. How do we view/share submitted abstracts?
3. Update program planning sandbox, ask OC to start adding material, share w/ IAC
4. Send out first circular JLab(Theory, Physics, Users, Accelerator), OC can follow suit
5. Solicit OC for circulating posters/addresses of IAC
6. Meet in two weeks for roundtable discussion of speakers
