We'll meet Thursday @ 11:30am EDT to review the scientific session program. We'll meet locally in TL-2236 and by Blue Jeans.

The primary purpose of the meeting is to collect the session organizers' tentative programs. If people cannot attend or are busy it's fine simply to clearly summarize the status on the wiki. I will start at 11:30am EDT. For those that attend, here's an agenda:

Agenda

  • (Joe) Briefly summarize proposed changes to overall program schedule (based on last meeting's feedback)
  • (Session organizers) Briefly summarize their plenary and parallel program, and status of any invitations
  • (All) Open comments/questions
  • (All) Agree on date/time for next meeting
