      elegant model, lookup table of optics vs beam energy; qualitatively
      self-consistent
    - MEIC/Project E: Learned how to generate momentum aperture for machine
      with elegant (with M. Borland input)
    - MEIC: Lots of time puzzling over magnetized beam tracking results
      in elegant/Tstep. Working towards cathode through cooling solenoid
      simulation in elegant (no space charge)
  Next two weeks (Sep 18-Oct 2)
    - Compute momentum aperture for newest lattice from ASML.
    - Continue with cooler simulations - try to make progress in advance of COOL15.
