    - Continue ERL cooler recovery arc work, hopefully finish fit

    - More evaluation of Derbenev proposal on longitudinal/transverse
      emittance exchange in cooling system
    - JLEIC: Continue cooler ERL/CCR architecture (have idea for
      present baseline), getting closer to full S2E
