Vacation (Aug 16-21)
Next two weeks (Aug 24-Sep 4)
CEBAF: Check M56=0 lattices from Yves for fall run
ER@CEBAF: continue optics longitudinal match, extraction considerations
Dave Douglas Previous two weeks (Aug 10-21) MEIC: Wrote up magnetized beam matching note; arc to Chris for space charge simulations; DIMAD model developed to work out dechirp. Project E: Thinking about compressors in new optics, kibitzing to ASML ER@CEBAF: Meetings Other: DOE FWP review for LK Len Next two weeks (Aug 24-Sep 4) MEIC: Deliver magnetized beam matching note; finish DIMAD model for dechirp; start writing technote on magnetized arc transport design. LERF: Clean up DIMAD deck for IR region (remove W55 wiggler and THz chicane); start reconfiguring optis to integrate detector/isotope production. Project E: Possibly start developing diagnostics lines pending guidance; trip planning for September. ER@CEBAF: Meetings, start writing on motivation section Other: PRL Review
Chris Tennant Previous two weeks (Aug 10-21) MEIC: magnetized beam transport/matching, including adaption to Tstep and incorporation of Douglas optics for space charge simulation LERF: Continue FEL lattice to CED/LED with Michele Joyce/Theo Bubble Chamber: 5D line to elegant, configured zigzag harp scans for 5 MeV region, shifts awaiting measurement opportunities. ER@CEBAF: Meetings, measurements planning Next two weeks (Aug 24-Sep 4) MEIC: Continued magnetized beam transport, start technote documentation LERF: Check FEL lattice in LED Project E: start evaluating momentum aperture of lattice, Touschek impact, compare to Rui's predictions Bubble Chamber: run planning for September, guidance for tuning (e.g. small spot size on radiator)
